1. Who we are

This page describes how the Pinterest application Patina Craft Organic Pinning (developed and operated by Lomholt-Thomsen Living, Denmark) processes data when it publishes organic Pins and manages Boards on the Patina Craft Pinterest business account on behalf of the account owner.

2. What this application does

The application uses Pinterest's official API v5 with the account owner's explicit OAuth 2.0 authorization to:

create and manage Boards on the authorized Patina Craft Pinterest business account (boards:read, boards:write);
create and manage Pins on those Boards (pins:read, pins:write).

It does not run advertising, does not access or create ads or audiences, and does not process any data belonging to other Pinterest users.

3. Data we process

OAuth tokens issued by Pinterest (access token and continuous refresh token) for the single authorized business account. These are required to authenticate every API call.
Board and Pin metadata (titles, descriptions, images, destinations) that the account owner or the application posts.
No personal data about third parties. The application does not collect names, email addresses, payment details, or browsing data of other users.

4. How data is stored

Tokens and credentials are stored only in the operator's protected secret store (restricted file permissions, no logs, no chat, no third-party storage). Board and Pin metadata are stored in the operator's own records for measurement and audit. The application sets no cookies on this site.

5. Retention and deletion

Tokens are kept only while the account owner's authorization remains active. On request to dlt006@outlook.com, we will delete stored tokens and remove the application's authorization records and any stored Pin/Board metadata within 30 days.

6. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties. Pinterest processes data under its own privacy policy and the Developer and API Terms of Service.
